If you are interested in beekeeping as a hobby or profession or just to learn more about bees, I highly recommend signing up for this class. I took the class and we are members of COBA. They are still taking registrations and it begins Feb. 26, 2013. And you don’t need to live in the country to have bees- there are many great beekeepers within the 270.

That would be an interesting class. I’m trying to work out in my head what COBA stands for: “Coalition of Better Apiarists”, “Colonists of Bees: America”? Not sure. 🙂

It seems so obvious when you say it. 🙂 Still, I’m disappointed apiarists didn’t make it in there. I guess COBA sounds better than COAA.
