We raise Tunis sheep, a featured variety in Slow Food USA’s Ark of Taste. The lambs are either born on pasture or moved out as soon as the weather is warm enough. They are grass fed in the summer and fed hay during the winter. We rotate pastures every few days so that they have the freshest grass available to them.

Freezer lamb is available as either whole or half lambs. A whole lamb is typically about 60-80 pounds of meat. We use Bay’s Food Market as our processor, and there is a charge payable to them for the custom processing.

Freezer lamb is $4/lb hanging weight, payable to us. As noted above, there is a processing charge payable to the processor.
